One of the world's largest professional services firms seeks a Federal Human Capital Organization and Talent-Consultant with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant Federal experience/Client Management experience in a Consulting team-oriented environment in one or more of the following areas: Federal Government Human Capital; Conducting Stakeholder Analysis; Leading teams in large scale Human Capital initiatives; Strategic Communication implementation and strategy execution; Extensive experience in Change Management practices and leadership; Large scale Project Management oversight. 1+ years of relevant industry (Federal) and consulting experience required.
