Looking for intelligent, detail-oriented individuals with strong qualitative and quantitative skills to help grow our investment banking practice for a full-time associate position. We compete with bulge bracket firms for business in the energy, maritime and natural resources sectors, but offer a differentiated atmosphere and approach to our clients and employees that focuses on entrepreneurial solutions. Responsibilities will include working closely with senior bankers to develop analysis, pitch materials and offering documents. Our focus on mid-cap companies means you will often work with the CEOs and CFOs of the companies we represent.
