Reviews High Risk Funding contract package and contract structure to determine if it meets regulatory and COAF policies, procedures and guidelines. Reviews all documentation and verifications for inconsistencies and misrepresentation in order to mitigate risk. Ensures “Exhausting Every Effort” is done on every deal while maintaining exceptional quality. Follow up with customers and dealers to ensure stipulations are received and meet loan requirements in a fast paced, deadline intensive environment. Handles outbound and inbound calls.
