We are looking for an investment banking analyst to join our team in Greenwich to work directly for the Head of our Restructuring practice. The job entails extensive interaction with colleagues and clients, financial analysis, preparation of financial projections and valuation analyses; drafting of selling memoranda or private placement memoranda; preparation of new business pitch material; management of client due diligence processes; and preparing management for meetings with investors/buyers. Bachelors degree required.
