We are seeking an associate to join the firm on a full-time basis. An associate at our firm is expected to work side-by-side with partners in all aspects of transactions and business development. A successful candidate’s responsibilities would include: Preparing complex financial analyses and models, drafting detailed memoranda and presentations describing the key attributes of client companies, researching potential buyers/investors and conducting due diligence. Bachelors degree required.
