One of the largest non-profit syndicator of low-income housing tax credits is seeking a Senior Underwriting Analyst with at least two years experience in financial analysis or accounting. At least two years experience in financial analysis or accounting. Additional experience in multifamily real estate market analysis, appraisal or investments particularly in the low income housing tax credit market place is preferred.
