Job Descriptions:
* The firm offers summer and year-round Associate internship opportunities for candidates currently working toward an MBA and interested in a career in media investment banking.

* Candidates are provided with substantive responsibilities on client engagements that offer a sense of the role an Associate plays full-time at the firm.
* The candidate will develop detailed financial and written analyses that assess media companies, their products & services, industries, growth opportunities, valuations and investment merits.
* The candidate will conduct market research, prepare transaction documents, and collaborate on management presentations.

Requirements:
* First year MBA in finance. Exceptional academic and professional track record.
* 2-5 years of work experience preferably with the M&A practice of a leading investment bank or accounting firm, with a commercial finance company, or with a major consulting firm.
* Extensive experience with financial modeling, corporate valuations and third-party due diligence.
* Excellent analytical, research, writing and presentation skills.
* Leadership skills and experience working with high performing teams.
* Organized, thorough, and detail oriented.
* Self starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Executive presence with the ability to develop a rapport with colleagues and clients.
