We offer a challenging job opportunity for a Banking Expert (Deposit Taking) / Team Leader.

Duty station: Kosovo

Job responsibilities:

* Conduct a comprehensive feasibility study and provide expertise in developing a detailed implementation plan for introducing deposit products in a local MFI
* Supervise the market assessment and provide detailed recommendations and advise on specific deposit products development to fit the targeted clients
* Provide recommendations to the institutional transformation necessary for introducing deposit products
* Assess capacity building needs for implementing an adequate organisational structure, ALM, HR, regulations and procedures
* Review the current internal control systems and risk management processes and procedures
* Conduct a detailed profitability analysis

Requirements:

* University degree in Finance, Banking or Economics
* A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in the banking or financial sector, MFI experience preferred
* Experience in conducting feasibility studies, developing new products and mobilising deposits
* Expertise in institutional transformation projects
* Solid track in leading positions, successfully managing teams and/or projects
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in similar projects in the region; experience in Kosovo preferred
* Strong institutional analysis and evaluating skills
* Fluency in English required
