Having advised on hundreds of successfully completed sales, acquisitions, and capital raises for middle-market businesses, we excel at negotiating complex transactions that maximize value for our clients.

Job Description:
Associates are key members of our transaction teams, responsible for many aspects of each engagement. Our Associates are responsible for the production of marketing presentations, Confidential Information Memoranda, as well as management of the support activities conducted by Analysts and Analyst Interns. This includes financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry and company research. Associates support and work closely with senior investment banking professionals in developing business prospects and executing transactions. Associates are expected to quickly assume key roles on transaction teams and are intimately involved in our business development initiatives.

Requirements:
- Ideal Associate candidates should have prior investment banking experience at an Analyst or Associate level with a respected investment bank or financial services firm
- MBA from a top business school
- Cover Letter and Resume.
