JOB DESCRIPTION
The Role Holder provides Risk Management support to the Local Markets Risk Teams in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. The Role Holder will carry out prescribed Governance procedures on a monthly basis to ensure that high levels of control are being maintained across the Local markets business. The Role Holder will support training plans for new recruits into the Local markets team and also assist with coaching of underperforming staff members where Risk is a feature.
Additionally the Role Holder will support the Corporate Risk Manager through a regime of risk sampling, intermediary assessments and other Risk related duties
