JOB DESCRIPTION

The Application Management Lead will report into the most senior Run The Bank (RTB) role within each Technology Cluster. The job holder will be fully accountable for a defined set of applications and associated services, some specific to a business segment, others shared across Wealth. Applications may be internal to Wealth, provided by other members of the firm or through third parties. The Application Management Lead is responsible for providing 2nd line application support to agreed operational standards (ITIL) and service level targets, as well as maintaining and improving application performance.
