JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible for leading the global Banking and Wealth Advisory Operations functions, setting direction and agenda for these functions across the world, with direct accountability for circa 550 people across 10 locations in Europe. This will involve navigating the cross jurisdictional challenges to ensure that the functions are providing a consistent, high quality, business aligned service. Additionally, the role will have responsibility for the Isle of Man platform for Wealth Operations; driving the people agenda consistently across the location, building relationships with key stakeholders and being a positive role model and advocate.
