JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the role there are a number of key tasks the role holder will be expected to carry out. The main task is amending client details for both sterling and currency accounts including addresses and personal key information within our systems. The role holder may also be required to contact both internal and external clients to confirm instructions and deal with queries. They will be responsible for adhering to challenging accuracy and productivity targets as part of our development process and also undertake the checking colleagues’ work within the section for accuracy and audit purposes.
