JOB DESCRIPTION
To manage and maximise the performance of a team of Corporate Account Executives ensuring excellent service delivery and sales performance. This will involve proactively managing the day to day operations of the Account Executives; driving out efficiency, maximising productivity, managing planning and scheduling change activity. The incumbent will be expected to lead, motivate and develop teams and individuals, creating and maintaining a high performance environment. The role will also involve implementing initiatives to drive performance of the overall corporate team; analysing processes/training, implementing efficiency measures and sharing this learning with the wider Wealth Intermediaries Team.
