JOB DESCRIPTION

The relationship manager will build internal and external business relationships to grow and develop a portfolio of investment advisory and discretionary clients. This role will build highly proactive, long-term relationships with clients and key business introducers to generate sustained revenue and recruit new clients. The relationship manager will be required to deliver key performance indicators through new business generation from the local market place; they will be responsible for business development through a network of key contacts and should build a portfolio of local introducers, local businesses and boards of Directors for local Island companies. The relationship manager will be required work within the local markets teams to drive business generation whilst actively managing a top tier portfolio of Private clients. They will build and develop effective interactions with internal partners to leverage opportunity for revenue generation across the firm. The successful candidate will deliver the above within a risk-controlled environment.
