JOB DESCRIPTION

The role holder will work in a performance driven environment within Client Services reporting to the Head of Contact Centre. They will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to Wealth’s UK, Ireland and International Clients through their inspirational leadership of the Contact Centre.
Through their leadership and management of the teams, the role holder will ensure clients experience the highest quality interactions managed in an accurate, consistent and efficient manner. The role holder will be responsible for extensive peer group and stakeholder management to make certain the service provided will be closely aligned to Stakeholder objectives. A key component of the role is effective risk management, promoting confidence in the service delivered to both internal and external clients.
Through developing a long term Contact Centre strategy, the role holder will deliver a powerful vision of success and demonstrate strength in leadership to guide the team through challenge and growth. They will also be responsible for all change affecting the teams and will work closely with Operations Heads, Private Bank and Wealth International & Intermediaries to ensure this is done in a consistent and effective manner.
