Job Description

This position will initially support the marketing/sales efforts of the firm, including:
•Marketing support (RFP, RFI, questionnaires, marketing materials, third-party databases and contact database management);

•Web site maintenance;

•Client service and performance reports.

The position will also have the opportunity to work with and support company's research, portfolio management and back office functions. We are a small firm where talent and skill are immediately noticed. A successful candidate will have multiple career paths available to him/her.

The candidate must have strong systems skills. In addition, he / she must be able to understand and communicate a sophisticated investment process to the institutional and retail investment communities. Other qualifications include:
•2-5 years of experience in the institutional investment business;
•Extensive systems skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher, Database management, web site management;
•Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills;
•Ability to understand and clearly communicate quantitative, systematic investment processes;
•BS/BA or MBA in Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, or Marketing (or related field);
•CFA strongly preferred.

The successful candidate will have access and be able to contribute to all investment and non-investment functions.
