JOB DESCRIPTION

The company is seeking an experienced Associate Brand Manger to join the marketing team for several powerhouse brands.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead projects with cross-functional teams involving Promotions, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Packaging, and Manufacturing.

2. Managing marketing and promotional spending budgets, tracking sales and key competitive activity, and analyzing business performance.

3. Utilize Nielsen data to provide analysis with conclusions and recommendations related to consumer trends.

4. Develop and execute yearly marketing plans and long term business plans including volume forecasting, packaging upgrades, advertising, promotions, marketing research, sales support materials, and new product activity where applicable.

5. Manage key elements and have total project ownership.

QUALIFICATIONS

' Bachelor's degree, MBA strongly preferred
' Must have at least 1 year experience in consumer marketing or equivalent work experience with the consumer.
' Must possess a drive for results
' Strong leadership and project management skills
' Good decision-making skills
' Strong conceptual skills with good analytical and organizational skills
