The company is investing in high-caliber talent to expand the bank’s cadre of leaders. The program seeks to develop managers with knowledge and skills of the end-to-end mortgage business at the company by creating opportunities to learn multiple disciplines through rotations that build upon one another. The program will also strengthen leadership skills and attributes that are applicable across the corporation.

Overview:
· Two-year Management Development program in Company Home Loans.
· Participants rotate through three (or more) areas of the bank’s critical Home Loans business over 24 months to build breadth and depth of expertise in the mortgage business. Rotations exist in the following disciplines and are selected based on a combination of business need and participant interest:
o Product and Brand Management
o Pricing Management
o Credit Policy & Compliance
o Loss Mitigation
o Sales and Customer Analytics
o Mortgage Operations
o Sales Management
o Secondary Markets
· Associates are developed for future leadership responsibilities with one of the country’s largest mortgage businesses – and one of the world’s largest banks – during a period of industry transformation.
o Participation in development programming as well as performance and leadership coaching throughout the 24 month period.

Qualifications
· MBA in Strategic Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
· Exceptional communication skills
· Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and resourcefulness in school, community, and/or work experience
· Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, and teamwork orientation
· Dedicated to building a career in financial services
· Minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent)
· Must have eligibility to work in the US Locations: Calabasas, CA (Los Angeles area) Plano, TX (Dallas area) Charlotte, NC
