Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development/Marketing Manager to track and analyze business development data, streamline business development processes, and implement marketing strategies. Responsibilities also include: supporting and facilitating the goal-setting and training programs for our Client Service Advisors, managing relationships with external business partners, and reinforcing the Oxford brand within and outside the firm.

Requirements:
- BS degree in a business-related field
- minimum of 8 years experience in a marketing, business development, or communications role in a professional service firm.
- this position demands excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability the handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- strong computer skills are required, including database processing and desktop publishing; experience with client relationship management systems is a plus.
