JOB DESCRIPTION
* Responsible for understanding of market and industry trends and new products, implications for targeted customers as a means of furthering dialogue and sales opportunities with clients * Partners alongside the business development managers (BDs) in sales calls as well as in the in the development of proposals. * Assists in identifying needs, positioning products and services effectively and selling to senior level customers * Works closely with subject matter experts more broadly within the company (including Product and Consulting specialists) to scope engagements that drive value to clients and differentiate the company * Helps to manage complex projects and see them through to successful completion and follow-up sales * Creates new offerings, opportunities and/or potential refinements to existing offerings to increase sales penetration and revenue * Leverages understanding of client needs, market conditions, and industry characteristics as they relate to our offerings in order to more effectively cross-sell and up-sell services to clients
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelors Degree * 4-6 years of experience * Must be bilingual English and Spanish with excellent communication skills both verbal and written * Emphasis in customer-facing roles including business development, sales and marketing preferred * Ability to handle multiple projects, with proven success in synthesizing large data sets related to a wide variety of functional business problems * Superior analytical and problem solving skills * Ability to identify and build the required fact base to support project work, business cases, including leveraging a wide variety of internal and external sources * Well developed presentation skills including the ability to present and articulate complex analytical information in a straightforward manner extensive client presentations at a senior level will be expected * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a ¨peer¨ with the sales team * Self starter with an ability to manage own and others priorities and adapt as required to an unstructured and fast paced work environment * Experience with value quantification such as business case development ideal * Able to travel domestically and internationally * Detail oriented with sound business judgment * Able to work across teams excellent negotiation skills * Proactive * MBA preferred * Ability to speak Portuguese a plus
