JOB DESCRIPTION
Create high quality global analytical insights and reports that synthesize analysis and research into key findings and actionable recommendations for management
* Support multi-faceted projects and programs for Consumer Products including collaborating with business lines across regional and functional areas * Obtain and evaluate macro and micro factors influencing marketplace environments, competitive landscapes, and all key stakeholders in electronic payment-then present a comprehensive plan of opportunities, hurdles to drive growth with the country/region/segment/channel. * Develop business cases which provide holistic view of P&L impact of programs, investments, country/regional/segment/channel level and product modifications * Develop and refine forecasting tools and forecast capabilities to deliver accurate volume, transaction and revenue projections for global credit, debit and related products * Manage global database to provide insight for Consumer Products and key business colleagues * Interface with senior management, finance and additional cross-functional teams to establish product direction, align activities and report performance and assessment of performance * Manage production of volume and revenue generating reports to department and senior management * Special Projects as presented from time to time * Create presentations for executive management * Establish and manage appropriate budget to achieve results based on corporate direction including revenue, volume and expenses * Manage a team of product professionals

* High level of experience demonstrating understanding of electronic payment products including financial and non-financial key performance indicators as well as underlying business strategies * Broad range of analytical expertise and financial analysis expertise * Exceptional decision making abilities based on proven metrics, scoping internal and external sources * High level of organizational skills to manage technical and practical application of developing and implementing reposting tools
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree Required, Graduate School/MBA Preferred * 8-10 years minimum experience/10-12 preferred * Proven management skills combined with a robust background in global business and financial analysis within the Payments Industry. * Extensive experience with developing financial plans, forecasting and team development. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * High competency level of all commensurate computer skills in particular Excel, Word and PPT.
