Position description:

The Vice President role is a mix of deal sourcing, execution, and management of Associates at the firm. The balance will vary over time, but will always include a heavy component of outbound prospecting and transaction processing. Our environment is entrepreneurial, and we are looking for candidates who have the energy to help expand a successful and growing platform.

General qualifications:

Ideal candidates are team oriented, are self-starters, and have good execution skills as well as a proven track record managing people.

• Five years in investment banking, private equity or business development
• Strong sales skills
•Strong knowledge of finance
• Bachelors degree from a top university with high academic achievement
• Demonstrated maturity, presence, attention to detail, initiative, and problem solving skills
• An extroverted personality with good commercial instincts
•Willingness to help build and train a junior team to support future growth
