The Associate must have 2-3 years of bulge-bracket investment banking experience and graduated from a top-tier undergraduate institution. The individual will be responsible for constructing financial models, conducting industry/company research, preparing information memorandums, and processing M&A equity and debt transactions. Furthermore, as a member of our team you will have direct access to top management around the world and must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
