Job Description

Job Description:
Process, track, & log new business specific to the financial planning industry. (checks, applications, & various forms)
Communicate with clients on policy status of pending business, insurance offers, and additional requirements for policy issuance.
Process service related requests such as reallocations, distributions, name changes, beneficiary changes, and other miscellaneous forms related to life insurance and investment securities such as stocks, mutual funds, and annuities.
Scan and electronically file incoming correspondence.
Communicate well with staff on problems that arise out of pending business, service related issues, and potential sales opportunities.

Requirements:
- MUST have clean criminal record - (NO felony convictions or misdemeanors involving theft)
- Good organizational skills
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to work well with a team and with customers
- Dependability
- Proficient typing and computer skills
