The following is required:

Demonstrated experience in the securities brokerage industry
Series 7, CSC,CFA designation or equivalent qualification
Good general knowledge of the world's principle asset markets
Substantial existing book of business
Strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong business development skills
High degree of motivation
Professional demeanor

Individuals should have the demonstrated ability to raise assets and maintain strong client relationships. This position is commission only, though the company will pay a draw in the first year of employment.
