Job Description:
We are seeking a proven manager who will be strategic, progressive, energetic, accountable, a confident leader, and a hands on team player, who thrives in a fast paced and challenging environment with one of the finest high net worth family offices.
The Real Estate Controller will be responsible for all financial operations related to the company’s diverse portfolio including:
• Maintain internal systems of financial controls
• Manage production of financial statements
• Accountable for complete review, understanding, and reporting of Real Estate financials from joint venture partners
• Support Real Estate Portfolio Managers responsible for over 100 assets
• Interact directly with banks, investment firms, tax consultants and partners
• Review tax returns
• Advise of all risks and opportunities

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi task
• 7-10 years of financial management experience with mentoring and leadership skills in a real estate or property management firm
