An American multinational information technology corporation seeks a Vice President Legal, M&A/Equity with at east fifteen years of professional legal experience, ideally including some time in a top ranked law firm. The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials, including a J.D. from a respected law school. Prior experience as Deputy General Counsel of a comparably sized public company or General Counsel of a somewhat smaller public company is highly preferred; however, a Partner at a top-tier law firm with relevant experience but who does not have prior in-house experience will be considered.
